Class runs Monday through Friday from 9am to 12pm

Fees are based on a full school year, paid in 10 equal monthly installments, and they do not reflect the number of days attended in a given month.  For students

entering school mid-year, payments will be pro-rated to reflect the child's starting date.  Our operating budget includes periodic holidays and anticipated child

absences.  There will be no refunds for illness or vacation as Mohawk Valley Montessori has limited enrollment and fixed costs.


Families with two children attending simultaneously will receive a discount of 5% for the second child, deducted monthly from their tuition.


  • Enrollment Deposit: Half of the first month’s tuition is due at registration.

  • $30.00 Registration Fee: This is a non-refundable yearly fee (per child) paid at the time of registration.

  • Tuition Payable: The first of every month

  • Tuition may be paid in one of three ways:

    1. One yearly payment
    2. Semi-annual payment: half tuition paid September 1st, second payment due February 1st.
    3. Monthly payments: ten equal payments due the first of each month beginning September 1st.
  • Late Payments: A late fee of $20.00 will be charged for payments received after the 10th of the month.

  • Insufficient Funds: A $35.00 assessment fee is charged for returned checks or insufficient funds.
